General Machine Info:

– For sanding and buffing solid surface countertops up to 10′ L x 40″ W, with or without sink bowls or coved backsplashes to a matte finish in approx. (3) minutes.

– The speed of top through the machine as well as the speed of the randomly orbiting sanding heads and the stroke distance of the sanding heads can be quickly programmed.

– The operator places the workpiece on a feed through conveyor system; the top automatically feeds through the machine and is sanded with different grades of sand paper or buffing material and exits the machine as a finished product
