General Machine Info:

– For sanding and buffing solid surface countertops up to 10′ L x 40″ W, with or without sink bowls or coved backsplashes to a matte finish in approx. (3) minutes.

– The speed of top through the machine as well as the speed of the randomly orbiting sanding heads and the stroke distance of the sanding heads can be quickly programmed.

– The operator places the workpiece on a feed through conveyor system; the top automatically feeds through the machine and is sanded with different grades of sand paper or buffing material and exits the machine as a finished product

Equipped With:

(45) 5″ Diameter Sanding Discs, Infeed and Outfeed Conveyors, Allen Bradley Panelview 300 Controller

Additional Info:

Minimal use as machine wasn’t practical for our client’s location. Machine is currently under power and can be demoed upon request. This machine is being sold from our client’s facility and is being sold AS-IS (Not covered under the MDNA Return Privilege). We always recommend machine be inspected in person to verify condition.
