Machine has been tested and is not in working condition. We can get the motor to turn on, but are not able to get the clutch to do anything. We bought several machines from a company and this was supposed to be in working condition, we recently lost our technician and have limited ability to figure out what is going on. We expect it should not be any kind of major problem to get it going, but without our technician we are not able to look into it. We are tight on space, we are selling “as is” at low price to try to move. We are glad to put under power for you to personally inspect and make decision. Freight & Rigging is on buyer.
