Machine has been tested and is in fair overall condition. All functions and features work, but 2nd & 3rd heads are stationary (they do not raise/lower). Below is a video of the machine running. We did not demonstrate the wet or dust collector components in the video, but both motors power up when turned on. We always recommend coming to inspect machine in person.
