The machine has been tested and is in working condition. Motor for cutter head powers up and runs good, but not sure if hydraulic lift functions. Machine built up a lot of rust from sitting in moist enviorment and was missing one side panel that we replaced with wood panel. We bought several pieces of equipment from shop that closed down and this is one of the items, we are not very familiar with this piece of equipment. We are glad to show under power.
