Equipped With:

Solid State Rectifiers. Hydraulic Power Unit: a 10 GPM Hydrualic Pump is Powered by a 5HP 3-Phase Electric Motor. Powered In-Feed Table: The in-feed table has a metal work surface and is 55″ Wide x 108″ Long, In-feed table has a new aluminum work surface. Out-Feed Table: is a dead roll type table with 2″ diameter rolls mounted on 6″ centers and measures 55″ x 108″. 10 kW Radio Frequency Generator will cure approximately 1000 Square inches of glue line per minute.

Additional Info:

The machine was completely disassembled and cleaned. All components were tested for proper operation. The machine has been painted to have “as close to new” appearance as possible. All hydraulic cylinders have been rebuilt with new seals and rod bearings. The controls have been updated with a New Allen Bradley PLC.
